Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions.
Important Restriction: All sales of alcoholic beverages are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Due to legal restrictions governing alcohol sales, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or buyer’s remorse.

1. Returns & Refunds for Eligible Issues

We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Damaged in Transit: Product arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged

  • Defective Product: Product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption

  • Incorrect Shipment: You received the wrong item(s)

  • Quality Issue: Product fails to meet published specifications (e.g., vintage, region)

1.2 Return Process & Timeline:

  1. Notification: You must notify us of any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

  2. Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if your claim is approved.

  3. Return Shipping: For issues caused by us (damage, defect, wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label. For quality disputes, return shipping is at your expense.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product within 5 business days.

  5. Resolution: If approved, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method, processed within 10 business days.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items & Situations:

  • Personalized or engraved bottles (cannot be resold)

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

  • Partial consumption of a product

  • Products returned without original packaging or without prior authorization

2. Cancellations

2.1 Before Shipment:
You may cancel an order free of charge if you contact us before your order status changes to “Shipped” or “Processing.” We will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

2.2 After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery (subject to carrier fees) or, upon receipt, initiate a return per Section 1 if eligible.

2.3 Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before the Dispatch Confirmation is sent, for a full refund. After dispatch, standard return policies apply.

3. Special Product Considerations

3.1 Collectible & Rare Items:
High-value, rare, or allocated bottles may have specific handling requirements. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation, insurance, and special packaging for these items. Returns are subject to enhanced verification.

3.2 “Warning – Possible Leakage” Items:
Certain products (e.g., antique bottles, certain closures) carry a higher risk of leakage during transit. These are clearly marked. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge this risk. Refunds for minor leakage (less than 10% volume loss) that does not affect the product’s consumability will not be issued.

4. Condition Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • In original, unopened condition with seals intact

  • In original packaging with all accessories

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip

  • Returned within 14 days of our authorization (not delivery date)

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

  • Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error

  • Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns or returns of non-defective items (up to 15%)

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products purchased from third parties or retailers

  • Products that have been stored improperly (e.g., exposed to heat, sunlight)

  • Products where local laws prohibit resale of returned alcohol

  • Products that have been tampered with or show evidence of tampering
