Important Legal Notice

Alcohol shipping regulations vary by state and country. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws regarding alcohol shipment and delivery. All recipients must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid ID upon delivery.

1. Shipping Areas & Legal Compliance

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states where legally permitted. Some states restrict direct-to-consumer alcohol shipments.

Restricted States May Include: AL, AR, DE, KY, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, SD, TN, UT

International Shipping

Available to select countries. International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Compliance with destination country alcohol laws
  • Providing accurate customs documentation

2. Shipping Costs & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Package Weight & Size

Liquids are heavy—each bottle adds significant weight. Heavier packages cost more to ship.

Alcohol Surcharges

Carriers add special handling fees for alcohol shipments due to regulatory requirements.

Adult Signature Required

Mandatory signature verification for age 21+ adds an additional service fee.

Delivery Speed

Ground (3-7 days), 2-Day Air, or Overnight options available at different price points.

Cost-Saving Tips

  • Bundle Orders: Shipping 2+ bottles often costs the same as shipping 1 bottle
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $500
  • Business Address: Consider shipping to a workplace to avoid missed deliveries

We do not markup shipping costs – you pay exactly what carriers charge us plus required fees.

3. Delivery Requirements & Restrictions

Age Verification

All deliveries require: Valid government-issued ID proving recipient is 21+ and signature confirmation.

Address Restrictions

We cannot ship to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, schools, universities, or addresses in dry counties/states.

Package Limits

Maximum per shipment: 12 bottles. Larger orders ship in multiple boxes.

Delivery Days

No weekend delivery unless specially arranged. Deliveries occur Monday-Friday only.

Weather Delays

During extreme temperatures, we may delay shipments to protect product quality. You will be notified of any weather-related delays.

4. Processing & Delivery Timelines

1. Order Processing

1-2 business days for order verification and preparation.

2. Shipment

Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship same business day. After 3 PM or weekends ship next business day.

3. Transit Time
  • Ground: 3-7 business days
  • 2-Day Air: 2 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day
  • International: 7-21 business days
4. Delivery

Carrier attempts delivery 3 times before returning to facility. You will receive tracking information and delivery notifications.

5. Shipping Partners & Services

Primary Carriers

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and specialized alcohol carriers for compliant shipments.

Delivery Management

Use FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice to redirect, reschedule, or provide delivery instructions.

Insurance

All domestic orders include basic insurance. Additional insurance available for high-value shipments (over $1500).

6. Order Management & Changes

Address Changes

Contact us before shipment for address changes. After shipment, use carrier’s delivery management tools.

Gift Orders

Select “Gift Option” at checkout to include a personalized note. Recipient must still be 21+.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations accepted only before order ships. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Multiple Addresses

Each shipping address requires a separate order. We cannot split single orders across multiple addresses.

7. Problem Resolution

Missed Delivery

Carrier will leave a notice with instructions. You have 5 business days to reschedule before return.

Damaged Shipment

Do not accept damaged packages. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected]

Lost Package

Use tracking information first. If no movement after 48 hours, contact us with order number.

Wrong/Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
